Standard Blind Rivets
DIN 7337 style
Open-end dome-head construction for general sheet-metal assembly.
Category 05
Blind and solid riveting options for sheet metal, enclosures, profiles, transport and general assembly, with installation tools to match the rivet and the volume.

Product range
Common configurations in this family. Special variants are available against drawings, samples or standards.
DIN 7337 style
Open-end dome-head construction for general sheet-metal assembly.
Broad grip range
One rivet covers several material thicknesses, reducing SKU count.
High clamp and shear
Retained mandrel and wide bulb for high-load and vibration applications.
Sealed body
Closed end for water- and air-tight joints; painted heads to match panels.
Wide backside spread
Splits into petals behind the joint for soft, plastic and low-density materials.
Larger bearing surface
Extra-wide head supports thin or soft sheet and oversized holes.
DIN 660 / DIN 661 style
One-piece permanent fastener for structural and general assemblies.
Manual / pneumatic / battery
Hand riveters, lazy-tong and pneumatic-hydraulic tools selected by rivet size and volume.

Typically about 0.1 mm larger than the rivet diameter - for example 3.3 mm for a 3.2 mm rivet and 4.9 mm for a 4.8 mm rivet. Follow the recommended size for the specific rivet.
Match the rivet material to the sheet: aluminium rivets for aluminium, stainless rivets for stainless. Mixing metals in wet environments causes galvanic corrosion.
Hand riveters suit low volumes and small diameters. For production lines or 4.8-6.4 mm stainless and structural rivets, a pneumatic-hydraulic tool is recommended.
