What is a SEMS screw and why use one?
A SEMS screw has its washer pre-assembled so it cannot fall off. On a production line this removes a separate part, speeds up installation and eliminates missing-washer defects.
Which property class should I choose?
Class 8.8 covers most high-tensile applications. 10.9 and 12.9 are used for higher loads or smaller joint sizes. Match the nut grade to the bolt (class 8 nut with 8.8, class 10 with 10.9, class 12 with 12.9).
Can you supply non-standard lengths or special heads?
Yes. Special sizes are offered against your drawing or approved sample, subject to technical feasibility and minimum order quantity.
